June: Monthly Mantra Outline

Verb: Clean

Focus: Diet and Mind

Method: Cooking & Yoga

Outline: Minimize carbs & sugar and give myself some headspace from the workout cycle of doom.

Counts: 1 carb per day - whatever I want!  Sammy thin, beer, english muffin, dermader soup.  16 yoga classes this month - 4x a week.  

Thought: Cleaning is like the dentist: uncomfortable but wonderful.  Dislodging the yuckiness is going to be like popping zits - a little pinch and then totally cleared out.

Person: Rachel Wilkerson!  She is all about two key concepts to meditate on this month: balance & moderation.  

Color: Turquoise!  The tranquility of the ocean.  The balance of salinity that sustains so many forms of life.  How a small recalibration of that salinity can affect the life within it.

I love myself!  I support myself.  I am my own best cheerleader.  I am the loveliest, sweetest, friendliest, lovingest girl I can be.  This is my month, and I get to do what I want with it.  I am wonderful.  Hear me stretch quietly and wake up slowly!!
